This eco-friendly initiative not only demonstrates Dyco’s commitment to reducing its carbon footprint but also sets an inspiring example for the local community and businesses across the region.
By harnessing the power of the sun to generate clean, renewable energy, Dyco Inc. will be able to significantly impact the environment in a positive manner. Over the course of its life this system will offset 9,073 tons of CO ², 20,686,275 miles driven by cars or the carbon sequestered by 9,980 acres of trees. With the installation of 1,406 QCell 585-Watt solar panels Dyco Inc. will able to participate in a net zero project that will benefit Bloomsburg community, by producing enough electricity to displace the electricity used by 125 Bloomsburg Area homes for one year!
